Expect to spend about 10 minutes completing the form. We recommend you have the following information or documents readily available to help speed up the process:
- Access to existing coverage information (auto and/or home policies)
- Current coverages and limits
- Current policy expiration dates
- Amount you currently pay
- Last time you weren't insured (if less than 5 years ago)
- Time with your current carrier
- Driver's License numbers for all drivers
- VINs for all vehicles (found on current insurance card)
